摘要
目的探讨胎儿脉络丛囊肿的临床意义。方法收集2008年1月-2008年12月在本院超声检查发现的胎儿脉络丛囊肿资料,并观察超声图像改变及追踪预后。结果发现胎儿脉络丛囊肿33例,28例为单纯性脉络丛囊肿,于28周前复查消失;1例复查后囊肿变大,引产;3例合并其他畸形,经染色体检查其中1例为18-三体;1例失访。结论胎儿脉络丛囊肿是染色体异常的标记之一,产前检查发现胎儿脉络丛囊肿应根据是否合并其他结构异常,决定是否行染色体检查。
Objective： To assess the value of fetal choroid plexus cysts. Method： The message of Fatal choroid pJcxux cysts found with ultrasonic check - up in our Hospital from Jun. 2008 to Dec. 2008 collected, to analyzed change of ultrasonic video and to follow the result. Results： 33 cases of fetals with choroid plexus cysts were found. 28 cases of them were isolated choroid plexus cysts, they disappeared in re - inspection before 28 weeks. 1 case of them was found increasing in re - inspection and had to be induced labor. 3 cases of them were complicated choroid plexus cysts. 1 case fetals was Edwards syndrom. 1 case had no result. Conclusion： Choroid plexus cysts is one of the marks of chromsomal abnormalities. Fetals with complicated choroid plexus cysts should be checked with karyotype.
