摘要
采用不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳分离,分析了金坪矮垂栗等3个板栗品种的叶、芽的过氧化物酶同工酶,发现有2~4条谱带,具组织特异性。不同品种间谱带不同,金坪矮垂栗叶片中快泳区出现一条特有的活性强带,可能与矮垂性变异有关。
The peroxidase isozymes of leaves and buds from three varieties of Castanea mollissima Bl such as JinPingAiChuiLi were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Different varieties presented different band patterns, and the isozymes shows 2-4 bands with tissuespecificity. A strong activate band was found at fast belt in JinPingAiChuiLi, it is gussed that this band relates to the variance of pendulous character.
