氧化增强剂对黄磷脱砷效果的影响 被引量:3

摘要 通过对氧化法净化工业黄磷时不同氧化增强剂的研究结果进行比较,确定了十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和硫酸铁组合为最佳复合氧化增强剂。当硝酸质量分数为20%、液固质量比为5∶1、反应时间为4 h、搅拌速度为300 r/m in、反应温度为60℃时,复合氧化增强剂中加入铁与砷质量比为40的硫酸铁、占黄磷质量的0.6%(质量分数)的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵即可将工业黄磷中的砷质量分数由3.28×10-4脱除到1×10-5以下,脱砷率可达96%以上,磷收率在70%左右。工艺流程简单,操作安全,易于实现工业放大。 Effects of different oxidation reinforcers were studied in yellow phosphorus purification process by oxidation method. Through comparision results, the combination of ferric sulphate and cetyhrimethyl ammonium hromide was determined to be the most effective composite oxidation reinforcer. When mass fraction of nitric acid was 20% , mass ratio of liquid to solid was 5: 1, reaction time was 4 h, stirring rate was 300 r/min, reaction temperature was 60 ℃ ,adding amount of ferric sulphate was according to the mass ratio of iron to arsenic of 40 and adding amount of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide accounted for 0.6% (mass fraction) of yellow phosphorus,arsenic's mass fraction in yellow phosphorus could be reduced from 3.28 × 10^-4 to below 1×10^-5. Thus more than 96% of arsenic was removed and about 70% of phosphorus recovery rate could be obtained. Owing to the uncomplicated process and equipment and safe operation ,the experiment process is easy for industrialization.
