黄色滤光片对大鼠视网膜蓝光伤害的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨黄色滤光片对窄谱蓝光照射大鼠视网膜功能的保护作用。方法选取20只雄性健康SD成年大鼠,左眼给予黄色滤光片蓝光过滤后照射1h,右眼给予窄谱蓝光照射1h,分别记录照射前及照射后1、2、7d左、右眼视网膜电图(ERG),并测定相应的a、b波峰值,分析其变化情况。结果照射前后左眼的ERGa、b波峰值并无明显变化(均P〉0.05);照射后1、2、7d右眼的ERGa、b波峰值均明显低于照射前(均P〈0.05),而照射后1、2、7d右眼的ERGa、b波峰值均无明显变化(均P〉0.05)。结论窄谱蓝光照射可以引起大鼠视网膜功能不可恢复性下降,而黄色滤光片对视网膜功能具有一定的保护作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effects of yellow filter against blue light-induced retinal damage in rats. Methods Twenty adult male SD rats were included in the study; the left eyes were covered with yellow filter and right eyes not, both eyes were exposed to narrow spectrum blue light for 1 h. The flash eye electroretinogram (ERG) was undertaken in dark and b wave peak were measured at d 1, 2 and 7 after exposure to blue light. Results There was no difference in ERG a and b wave peak between right and left eyes before exposure. ERG a and b wave peak of the right eye decreased at d 1, 2 and 7 after exposure and ERG of the left eye had no changes. Conclusion The wide spectrum of blue-ray exposure can cause irreversible retinal damage in rats, which can be protected by yellow filter.
