穿水冷却工艺对HRB400热轧带肋钢筋性能的影响 被引量:12

摘要 生产钢筋混凝土用HRB400热轧带肋钢筋时,钒铁和锰铁合金用量占有较大比率对钢材成本的影响很大。为寻求1种可以减少合金元素的替代方法,以降低成本,进行了穿水冷却工艺生产HRB400热轧带肋钢筋性能试验研究。结果表明,采用穿水冷却工艺,可以提高钢筋的屈服强度30-70 MPa,而且能够改善产品表面质量。在产品质量性能满足国家标准要求的情况下,试验的HRB400钢筋吨钢降低合金成本50元左右。 The production cost of HRB400 hot-rolled ribbed steel bars is highly influenced by the dosage of vanadium-iron and manganese-iron.To search an alternative way for reducing the dosage of the alloys as well as the production cost,a study of accelerated cooling technology for HRB400 hot-rolled ribbed steel bars was carried out and good results in property improvement were obtained.The results showed that the application of accelerated cooling brought about an increase of yield strength by 30-70MPa and better surface quality of the product.In the condition while the product quality can meet the requirements of the national standard,the production cost of HRB400 hot-rolled ribbed steel bars reduced by 50RMB/t.
