摘要
针对某钢铁设计院设计的结晶器液压振动装置,采用系统CAE技术对整体设备进行仿真分析,建立了该振动装置整体CAE模型。通过静力分析得出了整体位移及应力分布情况,采用模态分析得到了其低阶固有频率及其振型,满足了工程设计的分析要求。
A hydraulic mould oscillator designed by an institute of steelworks design had been simulated by systematic CAE technique and a model to analyze the device functions was established.The model gives the displacement and stress distribution of the decive on the basis of static analysis.In addition,the lower order natural frequencies and oscillation mode of the device were also obtained using model analysis,which can meet the requirements of engineering design.
