珠三角地区的城市涝渍及其治理

Urban water logging of the Pearl Dealt Area and its administration

认为随着珠三角地区城市化的发展,涝渍已成为其各个城市面对的一个普遍问题;分析了珠三角地区的地形和暴雨特征、土地开发存在的问题及地表水文响应、珠三角历史上处置渍水的经验以及国际上整治城市涝渍的通行方法;提出了依托基塘,利用地下空间,构筑珠三角城市的"临时囤水系统",以缓解该地区城市的涝渍。

With rapid land exploitation and urbanization, urban waterlogging has become a general problem in the Pearl River Delta area. This article diseusses completely the features of landforms and rainstorms, the problems from land exploitation and hydrological responses, and the experiences of controlling urban waterlogging in history and in other countries. Finally, in light of dike - ponds approaches, it suggests using underground space to build a provisional water holding system for urban waterlogging control.
