摘要
虎纹捕鸟蛛毒素HWTX-I(5mg/L)对电刺激豚鼠回肠引起的一过性收缩有非常明显的抑制作用.HWTX-I的抑制作用发生后,乙酰胆碱(ACh)诱发的回肠收缩幅度与使用HWTX-I前无明显差异.在使用酚妥拉明后,HWTX-I仍能抑制豚鼠回肠的一过性收缩.
The contraction of isolated guinea pig ileum induced by electrical stimulus can be inhibited by huwentoxin I(HWTX I), a peptide toxin purified from the Chinese bird spider Selenocosmia huwena. After blockage, the amplitude of the contraction of the ileum induced by certain concentration of ACh is almost the same as that before adding HWTX I. Phentolamine can not change the inhibition effect of HWTX I on guinea pig ileum. These results indicate that the inhibition effect of HWTX I on guinea pig ileum is due to blockage of the release of ACh or affecting the process before ACh release.
