超声聚焦刀对胰腺癌细胞的生长抑制作用及机理研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的应用免疫组织化学分析胰腺癌细胞中bcl-2蛋白,研究超声聚焦刀对bcl-2蛋白表达的关系。方法以对胰腺癌Capan-1细胞、胰腺癌患者超声聚焦刀治疗前后的穿刺组织(18例)为研究对象,采用免疫组织化学(SP法)检测bcl-2的表达。结果无转移、高分化的胰腺癌bcl-2蛋白明显高于有转移和低分化的胰腺癌。结论bcl-2蛋白可能作用于胰腺细胞的癌变阶段,超声聚焦刀治疗后对bcl-2蛋白表达有明显减低。 Objective Immunohistochemistry was used to analyse bcl-2 protein in pancreatic cancer, and research the effect of HIFU on bcl-2 protein expression. Methods Before and after HIFU treatment, Capan-1 cells from aspiration biopsy in 18 cases of pancreatic cancer were used as research object, and expression of bcl-2 was measured with immunohistochemistry. Results The bcl-2 protein levels of no metastasis, and highly differentiaed pancreatic cancer were obviously higher those of metastasis and lowly differentiated pancreatic cancer. Conclusion Bcl-2 protein might effect on pancreatic cells during carcinogenic stage, and after HI- FU treatment bcl-2 protein expression markedly decreased.
