摘要
目的分析咨询数据,指导患者合理用药。方法对丽珠集团用药咨询中心数据库2004年1月1日至2008年12月30日电话记录按省份、药品类别、消化系统药品品种和咨询内容等分别进行统计分析。结果5年共受理咨询电话54510人;涉及83699个用药问题,其中疗效、适应证及服用方法咨询占66.56%,药品不良反应咨询占9.05%,防伪、贮存及包装咨询占8.47%;药品质量问题咨询0.14%。结论制药企业应加强用药咨询和药品安全监测工作。
Objective To guide patients for rational use of drug, analyze consultation data. Methods Analyze the information regarding the provinces, the drug classification, the variety of the digestive system drugs and the content in the consultation telephone record databases from January 2004 to December 2008. Results There are 54150 persons participating the telephone consultation in the past 5 years, involving 83699 drug use issues. Within which, the consultation regarding the efficacy, indication and the usage and dosage accounts 66. 56% ,adverse reaction accounts 9.05%, storage and anti-counterfeit packaging accounts 8.47%, and the drug quality accounts 0. 14%. Conclusion Pharmaceutical enterprises should strengthen the drug consultation and the drug safety monitoring.
