摘要
在紫草细胞培养中,加入采根霉粗提物可显著提高紫草宁色素产量,并可加快胞内色素分泌到培养液中的速率和数量。在细胞培养的第6天加入米根霉诱导因子时,其促进紫草宁色素分泌的作用最大,培养液中紫草宁色素含量是对照的2.24倍。此外,同时加入正十六烷和米根霉诱导因子对紫草宁色素的分泌具有协同作用。
A crude elicitor prepared from Rhizopus oryzae was found to be effective in increasing the quantity of shikonin secreted by suspension culthes of Arnebia euchroma (Fig. 1 ), but it irreversibly inhibited cell growth (Fig. 3). When Rhizopus oryzae elicitor was added on the 6 th day of cell suspension culthe, the quantity of shikonin secreted at the optimal concentraions of the elicitors was 2.24 times as that of control culture without elicitors (Fig. 2) , The optimal elicitor dosage was found to be 20 mg/80 ml medium (Fig-4). Moreover, rapid elicitation and increased shikonin production could be obtained by simultaneous addition of hexadecane and Rhizopus oryzae elicitor (Fig- 5 ). This result indicated that the effect of addition of hexadecane and an elicitor was synergistic .
