摘要
近几年,随着电站锅炉向大容量、高参数方向发展,作为电站锅炉汽水系统设计中的重要一部件-安全阀的运用正朝着二元化发展。对于超临界机组而言,旁路系统的选择将直接影响到整个机组的经济性和周围的环境。不同的旁路系统需要配置不同形式的安全阀,对选用旁路系统及其安全阀的不同方式进行了比较,同时结合多年的工程实践经验,对两种方式各自的特点和优势作了详细介绍。
Recently,with the development of huge volume and highly-demanded vapor on temperature and pressure in the field of power plant boiler,safety valve,an important part in power plant boilers,runs in 2 directions.The selection of bypass in supercritical power plant will have a long effect in its running economy and environment.Different bypasses choose different types of safety valves,the author compares 2 bypass modes and their advantage in detail after many years' practice in power plant boiler arrangement design.
