"17-Year" Films of Revolutionary Historical Theme and USSR’s Influence

在"十七年"电影创作中,"革命历史题材"影片占有十分重要的地位。当时的主流观念认为,"革命历史题材"电影中的"历史的真实",主要不是指具体历史事实的真实,而应该是历史"本质的真实"或"革命的真实"。"十七年"对"革命历史题材"电影题材内涵的这种理解,深受苏联同类题材电影的影响。而且,"十七年""革命历史题材"电影学习、借鉴的主要是苏联"解冻"之前的同类型影片,而"解冻"之后出现的"新战争片"则影响甚微。

Among the film creations of the ＂17-year＂, revolutionary historical theme occupies an important place. The dominant ideas at that time regarded the historical facts in the revolutionary historical films as the essential or revolutionary facts of history, not as the concrete facts of historical authenticity. The connotation of revolutionary historical theme that ＂17-year＂ films contain deeply influenced by the similar USSR films. Furthermore, the revolutionary historical films of the ＂17- year＂ drew lessons mostly from the same kind of films before USSR＇s large-scale reformation. However, the new war film that emerged after USSR reformation little affected the revolutionary historical films of the ＂17- year＂.
