摘要
和瑛在任职乌鲁木齐都统期间完成《三州辑略》,该书为哈密、吐鲁番和乌鲁木齐三地通志,也是一部研究新疆边疆史和三州历史的重要文献。对现存《三州辑略》不同版本(抄本、刻本)内容的差异,尤其是针对《三州辑略》中"艺文门"的不同版本的比较,考证这些不同版本准确、可靠的成书和刊刻时间,疏通各种文献的失实记载,以还原乌鲁木齐都统所辖三州地区的真实史实。
He Ying, alias He ning, completed his monograph Compilation of Tri-state Areas when he governed the area of Urumqi from eleventh to thirteenth year of the reign of emperor Jiaqing. The monograph was about the chorography of the Hami, Turpan and Urumqi, which was a great significant document to study the history of frontier in Xinjiang and these tri-state areas. Unfortunately, the monograph was not widely spread. Based on the comparison on contents with different versions （manuscripts or editions）, especially to one chapter of the monograph ＂YIWENMEN＂, I find out accurate and reliable date on when these different version were written or published, and rectify false records in these literatures, which is very useful to detect the true history of these tri-state areas.
