塑性体积成形中应力场量的可视化研究

摘要 针对塑性体积成形中应力场及特征量难于直观显示和表征的问题,提出了应力场及特征量中主要标量和矢量的可视化方法.并通过二次开发实现了塑性体积成形模拟计算结果的可视化表征,能够直观地给出塑性区内任意部位材料所处应力应变状态的定量分布规律,可对塑性区范围及材料所处应变类型进行定量分析,这对揭示复杂塑性体积成形过程中金属的变形流动的力学机理及制定工艺具有重要指导意义. To overcome the difficulties, meeting in characterizing the stress field, a method of visualization the major scalar and vectors quantities of stress field was proposed based on second development of DEFORM. By this method the results of finite element simulation can be visualized. The distribution of strain and stress field can be observed directly within any plastic deformation division. Thus the quantitative analysis of the strain style is available. It useful and feasible to discovery the mechanical mechanism of metal flow behavior and help to guide the technology arrangement.
