Constructing Validity of SCL 90 Applied to Chinese Non-Clinical Population

SCL-90通常被研究者作为测度心理健康指标的工具。本研究探讨了使用SCL-90测量中国正常人群主观症状自评的因素结构。探索性因素分析的结果表明,与此量表原设计的因子结构不同,SCL-90在正常人群症状自评结果呈现"感受异常"和"行为异常"两因素结构,进一步探索两个因素的内涵得到9个次级因子;而验证性因素分析表明此模型较之于竞争模型的合理性;随后研究者对比了基于此结构的因子群与原结构的因子群对自我和谐的回归结果。研究者对研究结果进行讨论,并分析了量表中国化的必要性。

Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） was developed by Derogatis（1975）and was aimed at screening seriousness and frequencies of clinical symptoms associated with 10 different neurotic diagnosis. The current research was aimed at constructing a reliable dimension as psychological health index in non-clinical populations in China. Results indicated that two dimensions, named as disordered experience and disordered behavior, emerged, and validity index of predicting self-inconsistency indicated even better than the original index of 10 scales of SCL 90. Implications of the current result and necessity of adapting Western scales to Chinese situations are also discussed.
