趋化因子受体CCR7在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的检测趋化因子受体CCR7在结直肠癌中的表达状态,探讨CCR7在结直肠癌发病中的临床意义。方法采用逆转录PCR(RT—PCR)检测CCR7mRNA表达,采用免疫组化检测CCR7蛋白表达。结果31例结直肠癌组织中CCR7mRNA呈阳性表达,显著高于其配对的癌旁正常组织(7例阳性),38例结直肠癌组织标本检出CCR7蛋白表达,在相应配对的癌旁组织中则有9例检出。在伴发淋巴结转移的结肠癌组织中,CCR7表达比未发生转移者增强。结论CCR7在结直肠癌中过度表达,CCR7表达可能与结直肠癌发生发展及转移存在密切关系。 Objective To determine the expression status of chemokine receptor CCR7 and to explore the pathogenesis of clinical significance in colorectal cancer. Methods Reverse transcription - polymerase chain reaction ( RT - PCR) was used to determine the expression of CCR7mRNA. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect CCR7 protein in specimens. Results CCR7 mRNA expression was positively expressed in 31 colorectal cancer samples. Level of CCR7 mRNA was significantly higher than their paired adjacent normal tissue (7 cases were positive). CCR7 protein expression was found in 38 colorectal cancer samples. In the corresponding matched adjacent tissues, there are 9 cases detected. The expression of CCR7 enhanced in colorectal cancer tissues associated with lymphnode metastasis than those who did not transfer. Conclusion CCR7 is over - expressed in colorectal cancers, and may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of coloreetal cancer.
