螺旋CT容积重建法显示髋臼骨折的研究

摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT容积重建技术在髋臼骨折中的诊断价值。方法对22例髋臼骨折患者进行CT扫描,利用工作站完成容积重建,多方位切割观察骨盆结构。结果螺旋CT容积重建技术清晰显示髋臼骨折的立体结构,同时显示骨折块的形状和位置,可以为髋臼的骨折手术提供可靠依据。结论螺旋CT容积重建法技术是髋臼骨折诊断的有效手段,对于髋臼骨折手术计划的制定具有重要价值。 Objective To explore the value of volume rendering technique application in acetabulum fractures with spiral computed tomography. Method 22 cases patients with acetabulum fractures were examined with Toshiba Aquilionl6 spiral CT, the date were reconstructed in workstation with volume rendering technique by using different threshold, and the acetabulum fractures from all directions were observed. Results The reconstructed images of volume rendering technique displayed the structure of acetabulum fractures clearly; volume rendering technique images could show the shape and location of the acetabulum fractures, it can provide reliable basis for acetabular fracture surgery. Conclusion Volume rendering technique of spiral CT is an effective method in diagnosing acetabulum fractures; it has high value in making surgical planning.
