股骨近端锁定加压钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折

摘要
对于稳定的股骨粗隆间骨折，可以采用一些传统的内固定方法，但对粉碎性、复杂性股骨粗隆间骨折、延伸至梨状窝的骨折，以及合并有髋关节囊内和囊外的骨折，因容易发生并发症，疗效常不理想。锁定加压钢板（LCP）在治疗复杂性粉碎性骨折及骨质疏松性骨折时能够形成很好的角度稳定性，已有越来越多的成功报告。
