摘要
以蔗糖作为表面修饰剂制备纳米硒(NanoSe0)溶胶,获得含有NanoSe0微粒的4种均匀溶胶.利用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定了NanoSe0-蔗糖溶胶对超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用.用抗氧化能力指数(ORAC)法测定了其抗氧化能力.结果显示各NanoSe0-蔗糖溶胶体系具有清除超氧阴离子的作用和抗氧化能力,实验进一步表明,随着NanoSe0浓度的增大,清除超氧阴离子和抗氧化能力增强,但是增加蔗糖的浓度对NanoSe0-蔗糖溶胶的抗氧化能力没有明显的影响.
Selenium nanoparticles (nanoSe^0) were prepared in liquid phase by using sucrose as surface modifier, and the antioxidant activity of the as-prepared nanoSe^0-sucrose sol was studied in this study. The superoxide anion free radical scavenging activity of nanoSe^0-sucrose sol was evaluated by pyrogallol autoxidation assay. Oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC) assay was also used to evaluate the antioxidant activity. The results showed that nanoSe^0-sucrose sol exhibit good superoxide anion scavenging and antioxidant activities, which could be enhanced by increasing the concentration of nanoSe^0 in the sol. However, the concentration of sucrose showed no effect on the scavenging and antioxidant activities of the nanoSe^0-sucrose sol.
