摘要
目的:探讨硫酸氧钒的降糖作用及可能的机理。方法:选用Wister大鼠腹腔内注射链脲佐菌素制备糖尿病模型。经饮水中加入硫酸氧钒,浓度1g/L,连用6周。结果:糖尿病大鼠的血糖、果糖胺、饮水量等明显减少,而血浆胰岛素水平未增加。结论:硫酸氧钒可以通过增加胰岛素作用效率,发挥降糖治疗作用。
Objective:To find out the glucose-lowering effect of vanadyl sulfate and the mechanism.Methods:Wister rats were chosen and injected with streptozotocin. Vanadyl sulfate was administered in drinking water for six weeks at the concentration of 1 g/L. Results :Vanadyl sulfate could signifcantly lower the blood glucose,Frutose,Frutosamino and water intake in diabetic rats,but plasm insuline did not increase.Conclusion:Vanadyl salfate has a great glucose-lowering effect by means of improving the effectiveness ofinsuline.
