摘要
介绍了某工厂自动生产流水线的电气控制系统设计方法,给出了该系统硬件电路设计方案,并分析了控制系统软件设计过程。提出了数字电路数制思维的梯形图编程方法,经过测试和现场使用结果表明,该编程方法能够快捷、准确的实现控制,大大的提高了工作效率,并且具有灵活性。
This paper introduces a design of automatic production-line by a control system design.The concrete development of hardware circuit and the software analysis of control system is given.the number of system is applied to PLC ladder de- sign.The testing and field trial results show that the method of control system design could be achieved quickly and accurately.thus greatly enhancing the work efficiency.
