摘要
以抗涝基因型河南1号与不抗涝基因型冀芝1号为试验材料,研究了在不同生育时期渍涝对不同基因型芝麻生理指标和产量性状的影响。研究结果表明,在渍水条件下芝麻的生长速率明显减慢;比叶重下降,在盛花期淹水后相对受害率最大;叶绿素含量均下降;受渍涝伤害的芝麻根系TTC还原强度急剧下降,淹水处理与对照相比差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);渍水条件下的单株结蒴数、每蒴粒数、单株千粒重、单株产量均较对照有不同程度的降低,单株秕粒率较对照升高。
A sesame waterlogging tolerant genotype "Henan 1" and a waterlogging susceptible genotype "Jizhi-1" were used to investigated effects of waterlogging stress on physiological indices and yield characters at different growth stages.The results showed that under waterlogged conditions,the growth rate of sesame decreased apparently and specific leaf weight dropped.The relative percentage of injury at the full flowering stage was the largest.The content of chlorophyll content decreased.The reduction intensity of TCC of sesame root affected by waterlogging declined sharply.Under the conditions of waterlogging,the number of capsules per plant,grain number per capsule,1000-grain weight per plant and the yield per plant dropped while the percentage of unfulfilled grains per plant increased.
