摘要 目的为了探讨PAF受体对颈髓损伤后肌醇脂质信使系统的作用。方法应用PAF受体桔抗剂BN52021造成猫体内颈髓损伤前后PAF受体阻断,分别采用特异性放射活性测定法及荧光分光技术测定伤后10min至72h颈髓组织肌醇脂质信使─-IP3放射活性及神经突触游离Ca2+浓度。结果颈髓损伤后10minIP3放射活性及突触体游离Ca2+浓度明显增高,PAF受体阻断组伤后颈髓组织突触体游离Ca2+浓度较单纯颈髓损伤组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论肌醇脂质信使系统参与了颈髓损伤的继发性损害的病理生理过程,PAF受体对伤后突触体游离Ca2+浓度具有调控作用。 AIM To investigate effects of PAF receptor on inositidelipid messenger system after cervical cord injury. METHODS Partial blockade of internal PAF receptor was performed by using PAF receptor antagonist BN 52021 before or after cervical cord injury in cats. Inositidelipid messenger in cervical cord tissue-IP3 radioactivity and Ca2+ in synaptom were detected with specific radioactivity assay and fluorometer 10 min to 72 h after trauma. RESULTS lP3 radioactivity and Ca2+ in synaptom decreased significantly in PAF receptor blockade group compared with those in simple cervical cord injury group (P < 0. 05 ). CONCLUSION Inositidelipid messenger system involved in pathophysiologic process of secondary damage after cervical cord injury, PAF receptor had control effects on Ca2+in synaptom after trauma.
