摘要
骨科损害控制(DCO)技术的应用使大量严重多发性骨关节损伤得到有效救治,并被逐渐应用到严重脊柱脊髓损伤、老年骨关节损伤等伤病的救治中。本文阐述了DCO的命名、定义、适应证和方法。
The widely application of DCO technique has saved numerous patients with severe multiple bone and joint damage. And it also has been used in severe spinal cord injury,elderly bone and joint injury. This article described the denomination ,concept,indication and therapeutic method of Damage Control Orthopaedics.
