艾滋病感染者/药物依赖患者社会生存环境评估

Assessment on social survival environmental of people living with HIV/drug-dependent patients

目的了解乐山市艾滋病感染者/药物依赖患者目前的生存环境,为确定综合干预防复吸的干预重点提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查、座谈会等方法进行调查,并对调查数据进行分析评估。结果艾滋病感染者/药物依赖患者普遍感受到来自社会生存环境的严重歧视,住房问题、医疗保健问题、自助自救是该群体目前最需要解决的问题。结论各级政府相关职能部门应加强社区宣传教育,进一步消除歧视,加大对艾滋病感染者/药物依赖患者的关怀支持;政府应就针对目标人群的廉租房补贴、医疗救助、低保机制及自助自救等方面进行更深入的政策开发。

Objective To assess the social survival environment of the AIDS patients/drug users,in order to provide a reference for relapse prevention. Methods The investigation was carried out by the means of questionnaire survey and forums,and the data were analyzed and evaluated. Results The AIDS patients/drug users had experienced severe discrimination in their surroundings. The problems,such as housel-living,welfare system of medical and health care,self-helping were cried for solution. Conclusion Government departments at all levels should make their every effort to strengthen community education for the elimination of discrimination. Besides,the care and support given to AIDS patients/drug users should be enhanced.In the terms of low-rent house subsidy,medical assistance,minimal living security system and self-helping,the government should endeavor to make benefit policies.
