住院老年女性患者营养不良及其危险因素的研究

Survey on risk factors associated with malnutrition in hospitalized elderly women

目的探讨住院老年女性患者的营养状况及危险因素。方法评估我院住院的95例老年女性患者营养状况,筛选营养不良的危险因素。结果住院老年女性患者营养不良发生率为45.3%,恶性肿瘤、感染、长期卧床可能为住院老年女性患者营养不良的危险因素。结论恶性肿瘤、感染、长期卧床可能为住院老年女性患者营养不良的危险因素,正确的认知和处理对住院老年女性营养不良的预防有重要作用。

Objective To evaluate the nutritional status and risk factors associated with malnutrition in hospitalized elderly women. Methods 95 female inpatients over 60 years from Jan 2007 to Dec 2008 were undertaken in order to investigate the nutritional status and screen the risk factors of malnutrition. Results The prevalent of malnutrition of female inpatients was 45.3%. Malignant tumor,infection and long-term bed-ridden were the main risk factors of malnutrition. Conclusion Malignant tumor,infection and long-term bed-ridden are the risk factors of malnutrition of female inpatients over 60 years; proper recognition and prevention will play a critical role in precaution of malnutrition.
