论农村妇女参与乡村治理支持网络的构建——基于“整体政府”视角

Rural Women's Participation in Building Rural Support Networks: from the Perspective of the "Government Body"

本文运用"整体政府"理论作为分析框架,以湖北G市村委会选举为个案,分析了在推动农村妇女参与乡村治理进程中所存在的效率取向、政府空心化、管理碎片化以及政府缺乏管理合作伙伴能力的问题,提出了构建农村妇女参与乡村治理支持网络的建议。

This paper adopts the concept of ＂government body＂ in analysis of issues that hamper women＇s participation in village administration based on cases of village elections in the G City of Hubei Province. These issues include lack of effectiveness, government＇s empty promises, lack of coordination and partnerships. The paper suggests that rural women participate in establishing support networks for improving village administration.
