自体骨髓移植结合定期维持化疗治疗恶性血液病14例临床分析

Periodic Maintenance Chemotherapy following Autologous Bone Marrow Transplantation A Clinical Analysis of 14 Cases of Hematologic Malignancies

自体骨髓移植（ＡＢＭＴ）治疗恶性血液病国内正在广泛开展，其缺点是易复发。采用ＡＢＭＴ结合定期维持化疗的方法治疗恶性血液病。结果１４例患者中，９例移植后已持续完全缓解３５～９５个月，中位数为７８个月。证明ＡＢＭＴ结合定期维持化疗。

Autologous Bone Marrow Transplantation (ABMT) has been extensively used in the treatment of hematologic malignancies, but with a high relapse rate. Periodic maintenance chemotherapy following ABMT was used in 14 cases of hematologic malignancies in our institute. The results showed that 9 patients had been in continuous complete remission for 35 to 95 months (median remission period 78 months).It suggests that ABMT combining maintenance chemotherapy could reduce relapse rate and that it could prolong the disease free survival.
