丹红注射液对冠心病心绞痛并高脂血症临床及血液流变学的影响

Effect of DanHong Injection on Clinical Treatment and Hemorheology of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris with Hyperlipidemia

目的:观察丹红注射液对冠心病心绞痛并高脂血症临床及血液流变学的影响。方法:选择80例冠心病心绞痛并高脂血症患者,随机分为2组,对照组40例予常规治疗冠心病心绞痛药物,观察组40例在常规治疗基础上加用丹红注射液。结果:观察组心绞痛缓解有效率90.25%,明显优于对照组75.25%(P<0.05),心电图改善有效率90.00%,明显优于对照组75.00%。治疗后2组血液流变学,血脂相关指标均有所改善,但观察组与对照组比较有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛并高脂血症患者疗效确切,能够明显改善其血液流变学指标。

Objective： To observe the effect of DanHong injection on clinical treatment and hemorheology in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with hyperlipidemia. Methods： 80 patients that met diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into a control group （40 cases） which received conventional western medical drugs and a treatment group （40 cases） which received DanHong injection on the basis of conventional western medical drugs. Results： The effective rate of relieving symptoms in the treatment group was 90.25% and that in the control group was 75.25%; there were significant differences of statistics between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The effective rate of EKG improvement in the treatment group was 90.00% ,while that in the control group is 75.00%; the effect of EKG improvement in the treatment group is better than that in the control group. After treatment, the testing indexes of hemorheology and hyperlipidemia can be improved in the two groups, and there were significant differences of statistics between the two groups（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： DanHong injection was effective on treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with hyperlipidemia and could significantly improve the indexes ofhemorheology.
