中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症32例

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effects on Treatment of Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Patients with Lumbar Disc Protrusion:a Report of 32 Cases

目的:观察中西医结合保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:32例患者急性期采用绝对卧床休息、静脉给予七叶皂苷钠或甘露醇;症状缓解期予以中医理筋手法、牵引、中药外敷、静脉滴注红花注射液等疗法,后期根据患者情况行适当功能锻炼。结果:优14例(43.75%),良12例(37.50%),可5例(15.63%),差1例(3.12%),优良率为81.25%,总有效率为96.87%。结论:静脉滴注活血化瘀中药制剂、脱水剂,加上中药外敷、牵引、中医理筋手法的综合疗法最大限度地保留了各自治疗的特点,疗效满意,是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症较理想的治法。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on the conservative treatment of combination of Chinese and western medicine for lumbar disc protrusion. Methods： In acute phase, 32 patients received absolute bed rest and sodium aescinate or mannitol by intravenous dripping; received sinew adjusting manipulation, traction, external application of Chinese herbs, and HongHua injection by intravenous dripping during the remission of the psychoses; received appropriate functional exercise according to special situation of patients in later period. Results： In 56 cases, 14 cases rated as excellent（43.75%）,12 cases rated as good （37.50%）,5 cases rated as fair（15.63%） and 1 case rated as poor（3.12%）.The good rate was 81.25% and the total effective rate was 96.87%.Conclusion： The combined therapies which included traditional Chinese medicine injections of activating blood and dissolving stasis and dehydrating agent by intravenous dripping, combined with external application of Chinese herbs, traction, and sinew adjusting manipulation can retain their characteristics to the minimum extent and obtain satisfied results.It is ideal therapies for lumbar disc protrusion.
