自拟丹芍活血行气汤加减治疗慢性盆腔炎86例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effects of Self-formulated DanShao HuoXue XingQi Decoction in Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory:a Report of 86 Cases

目的:观察自拟丹芍活血行气汤治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:随机选择门诊患者86例采用丹芍活血行气汤口服治疗。结果:治疗86例其中治愈48例,显效24例,有效10例,无效4例,治愈率为55.8%,总有效率为91.7%。结论:丹芍活血行气汤治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of self-formulated DanShoo HuoXue XingQi decoction for chronic pelvic inflammatory.Methods： 86 cases randomly selected from out-patients received oral treatment of DanShoo HuoXue XingQi decoction. Results： Among 86 cases, 48 cases were healing, 24 cases were excellent,10 cases were progressive, and 4 cases were ineffective. The cure rate was 55.8% and the total effective rate was 91.7%.Conclusion： Dan- Shoo HuoXue XingOi decoction has good effect in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory.
