Recent Experimental Study on Hepatic Injury of TCM

通过对单味中药抗肝损伤、经方抗肝损伤及自拟方抗肝损伤实验研究3个方面文献的搜集、整理、综合分析,提出了应进一步探究更为适合的实验模型,加强实验方法与临床病理的一致性,结合中医辨证施治的精神,研究不同中药对其相应证型的作用和作用机制,同时注重复方、多法的综合治疗的研究,针对不同情况抓住主要矛盾,全面统筹,从而更充分体现中医药抗肝损伤的巨大优势和更为广阔的应用前景。

On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of literature review of inhibiting liver injury concerning the three aspects of single Chinese medicine,classical prescription and self-made prescription by the collecting, sorting and comprehensive methods, this article explains that the further research should establish new experimental animal models and strengthen the consistency of experimental method and clinical pathology. According to the spirit of TCM syndrome differentiation, their corresponding roles and mechanisms of action of the different TCM syndrome types would be found. Simultaneously to pay attention to the study of comprehensive treatment of compound Chinese herbs and multi-method can fully reflect the great advantages and wide application prospect of TCM in inhibiting liver injury.
