摘要 现有的常规转基因生物检测和研究方法不能满足快速、准确、灵敏和完整分析转基因生物的需求,极有必要借助蛋白质组学实现这一目标。概略地介绍了当前常用的转基因生物分析技术,并着重分析与讨论了一些重要的蛋白质组学技术在转基因生物检测和研究中的应用前景。 The existing conventional methods for detection and study can not meet the requirements of rapid,accurate,sensitive and complete analysis of genetically modified organisms.It is quite necessary to apply proteomics to improve these methods.This paper briefly introduces the existing conventional technology for analyzing genetically modified organisms and discusses about the application prospects of some important proteomics technologies in detecting and studying genetically modified organisms.
