摘要
目的:探讨CD_(44)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、vWF:Ag在正常淋巴组织及不同恶性度非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)中的表达规律及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学LSAB法。结果:①在正常淋巴组织中,分化趋于成熟的小淋巴细胞CD_(44)表达呈强阳性,而生发中心处于转化阶段的淋巴细胞CD_(44)不表达。②不同恶性度NHL均不同水平表达CD_(44),其中高度及中度恶性者CD_(44)呈强阳性,高度恶性者阳性率高于中度恶性者,其差异具有显著性(P<0.05);10例低度恶性者中,只有2例弱表达,其余均为阴性,与前二者之间的差异均具有显著性(P<0.01)。PCNA的表达也呈现上述特点。③不同恶性度NHL的微血管密度随其恶性度的增高而逐渐升高,各级别之间的差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:CD_(44)在正常淋巴组织及NHL组织中具有不同的表达规律;把NHL中CD_(44)的表达与PCNA的表达及血管密度相结合,可作为判定NHL恶性度的可靠指标。
Objective: To study the expression of CD_(44),proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) , vWF: Ag in normal lymphatic tissue and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL) and its implication. Metbods:Immunohis- tochemical assay was performed with a LSAB kit. Results: ①In normal lymphatic tissues, mature appearing small lymphocytes were positive for CD_(44), while proliferating immature lymphocytes in germinal center were negative. ②High grade and intermediate grade NHL samples were strongly positive for CD_(44), the positive rate in the former was higher than in the latter (P<0.05). In the ten low grade lymphoma samples, only two were weakly positive and, the rest were negative. The expression of PCNA showed the same manner as CD_(44). ③The microvessels in NHL increased with the histological malignant grade. Conclusion: The expression of CD_(44) in nor- mal lymphatic tissues is different from that in NHL. Combination of CD_(44), expression with PCNA expression and microvessel density seems a reliable parameter for judging malignant degree of NHL.
