This paper has introduced that the non-ferrous metals mines eliminated the existing＂end of governance＂ abuse by carrying out the cleaner production auditing,and analyzed the cleaner production auditing procedures of the mines. The implementation of cleaner production auditing is an effective means of comprehensive utilization of non-ferrous mineral resources and control of environmental pollution.
