摘要
新形势下利用信息技术改造和提升有色金属产业,把信息技术融入到研发设计、生产、流通、管理、人力资源等各开发环节,对有色金属企业走出困境和走新型工业化发展道路具有重要作用。文章从我国有色金属企业信息发展现状和面临的发展瓶颈分析入手,并以中铝信息化建设为参考案例,从产业层面和企业层面提出了我国有色金属企业信息化发展的建议。
It is very important for the non - ferrous metals enterprises to go out the predicament and step on a new industrial development way in the new situation. The enterprises could use the information technology to trans- form and enhance the non-ferrous metals industry,and put it into each steps,such as design, production, distribution, management, human resources developmentect. According to the information development actualities and bottleneck of the non-ferrous metals enterprises, as well as referencing the case of developing information industry in Chalco,the article has proposed the informatization development suggestions for our non-ferrous metals enterprises on aspects of the industry and the enterprises.
