四肢大面积皮肤脱套伤的治疗体会

目的:探讨四肢大面积皮肤脱套伤全厚皮片原位回植治疗效果。方法:26例肢体大面积皮肤撕脱伤患者采用清创后全厚皮片原位回植修复术,观察术后疗效。结果:本组26例患者回植皮肤全部存活18例,成活90%以上4例,成活80%以上2例,成活50%左右2例,经Ⅱ期再清创作邮票状植皮后痊愈。均随访2～16个月,平均6个月,26例患者皮片均成活,皮肤颜色正常,弹性良好,伤肢的色泽、外型、功能均恢复满意,感觉恢复良好。结论:脱套皮肤修剪成全厚皮片原位回植术治疗四肢大面积皮肤脱套伤是一种安全、有效的方法,值得推广应用。

Objective：to investigate the treatment outcome in patients with a large area of degloved limbs skin injury by replantation with full thickness skin in situ. Methods： 26 cases of patientswith a large area of degloved limbs skin injury treated with dehridement and replantation with full thickness skin in situ repair was observed. Results ： 18 cases patients of the survival rate of the full thickness skin was 100% ,4 cases patients of the survival rate wasg0% ,2 eases patients of the survival rate wasS0% ,2 cases patients of the survival rate was.50% ,healed by replantation of stamp - like skin. All patiengts Were followed up for 2 ~ 16 months, an average of 6 months ; 26 cases were skin graft survival, normal skin color, good elasticity, satisfied color,appearance and function, good feeling. Conclusion ：the treatment of a large area of degloved limbs skin injury by replantation with full thickness skin in situ is a safe、 effective method, it is applied.
