参苓白术散加减治疗慢性肠炎72例临床疗效观察

To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Shen Ling Bai Shu San on 72 cases chronic enteritis Gan

目的:观察参苓白术散加减治疗慢性肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将72例患者随机分为两组,对照组仅予整肠生治疗,治疗组在服用整肠生基础上再辅以中药参苓白术散加减治疗,疗程均为1个月。结果:治疗组的总有效率达94.7%,对照组总有效率为85.3%。结论:中药辅助治疗可以显著增加西药治疗慢性肠炎的治疗效果。

Observe：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Shen Ling Bai Shu San（参苓白术散SLBSS） on chronic enteritis. Methods ：72 patients with chronic enteritis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group（ n = 34） was treated with Zheng Chang Sheng. The treatment gronp（n =38） was treated with Zheng Chang Sheng and SLBSS. The period of treatment of two groups is one month without exception. Results ：The therapeutic effective proportion of the treatment group is 94.7%, The therapeutic effective proportion of the control group is 85.3 %. Conclusion：Treating chronic enteritis with Zheng Chang Sheng combined SLBSS can eminently improve the clinical therapeutic effect and reduce byeffect of the Zheng Chang Sheng.
