摘要
目的:探讨系统规范的健康教育对哮喘患儿护理效果的影响。方法:记录并分析我院2006-2008年门诊或住院诊治的273例哮喘患儿的情况。所有患儿分为健康教育组和对照组;健康教育组对其采用个体化管理的治疗护理方案并进行系统的健康教育,对照组常规治疗和护理。结果:对照组和健康教育组的总体有效率分别为:78.2%和96.0%。健康教育组在临床控制率、显效率和总体有效率方面均明显高于对照组,相比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。健康教育组在发作次数和缺课天数方面明显少于对照组,与其比较有显著差异(P<0.05)或及其显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:健康教育对小儿哮喘的护理有重要意义。
Objectives:To disscuss the health education's effects on nursing Asthma children. Methods:273 Asthma children got treatment in our hospital from 2006 to 2008 were registered and analysed. All the children were divided into two groups, which are health education group and comparative group, and health education group was given education about Asthma but the comparative group was given traditonal nursing. Results :The control group and the Health Education Unit of the overall efficacy rates were: 78.2% and 96.0%. Health Education Unit in the clinical control rate, there are significant efficiency and overall efficiency were significantly higher than that compared to a significant difference (P 〈 O. 05). Health Education Unit in the attack frequency and obviously the number of days absent from school for less than the control group, instead of the more significant difference( P 〈 0.05 ) or their significant differences( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: The health education of children with asthma care are important.
