摘要
目的:探讨超声定位在乳腺难触及肿块切除术中的临床应用。方法:收集淮安市第一人民医院分院2006年1月--2009年12月期间收治41例难触及而超声检查发现的50个乳腺肿块行超声定位手术切除。结果:41例病人均成功行肿块切除术。50个肿块中,乳腺癌10(20%)例;非典型增生13(26%)例;良性27(54%)例。结论:在超声定位下不能触及乳腺肿块手术切除操作简单,而且对乳腺疾病早期治疗有很大的帮助。
Object： To discuss the clinical application of US -guided preoperative localization for nonpalpalable breast lesions. Methods： The study included 50 nonpalpable breast lesions detected on US among 41 asymtomatic women who underwent US - guided localization preopera- tively in the Branch of Huaian No. 1 hospital from Jan. 2006 to Dec. 2009. Result：41 asymtomatic women were operated successfully. Among the 50 nonpalpable breast lesions, 10 （20%）were malignant, 13 （26%）were atypical breast hyperplasia, 27 （54%） were benign. Conclusion： US - guided preoperative localization to the nonpalpalable breast lesions is an easy - operated procedure and helpful to the early treatment of breast diseases.
