小剂量多巴胺和肝素联合治疗急、慢性病毒性肝炎疗效观察

Combination of low dose dopamine and heparin in the treatment of acute chronic viral hepatitis

本文采用多巴胺20mg和肝素50mg加入10％葡萄糖液250ml中缓慢静脉滴注，每日1次，疗程3～4周，治疗急、慢性病毒性肝炎61例。结果显示在缓解症状、降ALT和SB，以及临床疗效方面优于对照组（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）。该治疗简便价廉，无明显不良反应。

61 cases (acute or chronic viral hepatitis)were treated with low-does dopamine and heparin (dopamine 20mg+heparin 50mg+10 % glucose 250ml intravenously, once daily, 3 ~ 4 weeks ) .The result is significantly superior to that controlled group in relieving symptoms,reducing ALT and SB(P<0. 05,P<0. 01). The regimen can be applied in hospitals of all levels for its low cost and no obvious side effects.
