摘要
在Grossmann换热网络分级超结构的基础上,建立了用于描述换热网络的无分流两级分级超结构模型,通过对换热网络设计的3个目标(换热设备单元数、换热面积、公用工程)进行同步考虑,将模式搜索法应用到换热网络的最优综合中,建立了求解换热网络最优综合问题的数学模型.计算结果表明,模式搜索算法不可行解的剔除策略能明显提高换热网络优化的质量和效率.
Based on the analysis of Grossmann' s superstructure model, a two-stage superstructure model without stream splitting was set up to describe the heat exchanger network(HEN). By taking three objects in designing HEN(i. e. number of heat exchangers, area of heat exchanger and utility) into consideration synchronously, the pattern search algorithm was applied to synthesize HEN and the mathematical model of solving the synthesis problem of HEN was also provided. The result of an example case about the synthesis of HEN shows.it is due to the pattern search algorithm's strategy of getting rid of the infeasible solutions that the algorithm can obviously improve optimization quality and efficiency of HEN.
