一体化变量下的当代西欧民族主义——新功能主义的视角

Contemporary European Nationalism in the Changing European Integration Process——In Neo-functionalist Perspective

随着欧洲一体化自20世纪中叶以来的不断扩展与深入,一方面是西欧主权民族国家对超国家体——欧共体乃至欧盟的主权让渡,一方面是相伴随的西欧民族主义的当代演变——"后民族主义"——的发生。尽管欧洲一体化是一个不断克服障碍的过程,在短期内难以看到欧盟从量变到质变的真实前景;尽管作为一种混合形态或过渡形态的当代西欧民族主义——"后民族主义"——还处于初期发展阶段,尚有不确定的发展方向,但欧盟的一体化实践和西欧"后民族主义"的发生,提供了欧洲社会经过数百年的主权民族国家框架下的发展后实现超越自身的可能性。

The widening and deepening of European integration process since the mid 20th century bring about the following results： on one hand, the West European nation-states＇ transfer of sovereignty to European Community or European Union; on the other, the emergence of Post-nationalism as the result of the evolvement of European nationalism. Although European integration is a difficult process which cant guarantee a promising future for European Union and Post-nationalism as a mixed or transitional form of European nationalism is still in its early stage, they provide a kind of possibility of surpassing the nation-state framework European society has developed for hundreds of years.
