牙龈退缩后牙面处理的临床观察 被引量:2

Clinical study of the treatment of gingival recessive tooth surfaces

摘要 为了观察联合应用喷粉抛光技术及橡皮杯和磨光糊剂磨光技术处理牙龈退缩后牙面的临床效果,本研究选择了牙龈有明显退缩的患者36名,随机分为A、B、C三组,同一牙列随机选择A、D区或B、C区牙齿作为实验牙,进行喷粉抛光和磨光处理。分别观察4、8、12周时的SI、PLI、SBI、GI。结果表明实验区牙齿的SI、PLI在4、8周时比对照区明显降低(P<0.05),但12周时两者无显著性差异(P>0.05);SBI、GI在三个时间内均无统计学意义(P>0.05),提示联合应用喷粉抛光和橡皮杯、磨光糊剂磨光技术处理牙龈退缩后的牙面。 The purpose of the study was to observe the clinical effect of airpolishing technique together with rubber cup and paste technique on the tooth surfaces after gingival recession. 36 patients with obvions gingival recession were randomly assigned to A,B,C goups. In every patient, randomly selected A,D of B,C regions as testing teeth to polish with air-powder and rubber cup and paste. Observing respectively SI,PLI,SBI,GI in 4,8,12 weeks. The results showed that SI,PLI of the teeth in test regions were reduced( P <0.05)in 4 or 8 weeks. 12 weeks later,however,there were not difference beteewn then( P >0.05),SBI,GI had no statistical significance( P <0.05). It is suggested that the reaccumulation of plaque and pigment can be delayed by treating with airplishing and rubber cup and paste techniques.
