摘要
针对低压影响青藏铁路客车中空玻璃使用问题,直接由中空玻璃内外片玻璃两面承受的气体压差导致的变形求出中空层体积变化,并结合中空层气体理想状态方程,精确定量地计算了低压环境下中空玻璃变形及应力分布大小。分析了给车厢补压状态下中空玻璃的承载特性及满足设计压差下的中空玻璃结构尺寸要求。同时,对目前使用的自动调压式中空玻璃的承载特性及存在的问题进行了分析。
In view of low pressure affecting the application of hollow glass on passenger cars for Qingzang Railway,the change of volume of the hollow layer is obtained directly from the deform caused by difference of pressures withstood by the two sides of the inner and outer plates of the hollow glass,with combination of the ideal state equation of gas in the hollow layer,the deform of hollow glass and distribution of stesses in a low pressure environment are calculated accurately and quantitatively.The load carrying features of the hollow glass while the pressure in the passenger compartment is increased as well as the structure dimension requirements on hollow glass while the designed pressure difference is met are analyzed.In the mean time,the load carrying features of the hollow glass with automatic pressure adjustment in use at present and the existing problems are analyzed.
