摘要
采用气体氧氮共渗方法,在610℃×2 h的条件下对10MoWNbV钢进行氧氮共渗处理。研究了处理后样品表面渗层的形貌、结构、显微硬度分布、抗拉强度、磨损特性和抗5%中性盐雾腐蚀特性。结果表明,试验钢经610℃×2 h氧氮共渗,渗层总厚度达到0.1 mm,在渗层的表面具有20μm左右的均匀致密的化合物层和50μm左右具有纤维状的扩散层,表面渗层中主要物相为Fe3N和Fe2O3以及少量的Fe2V3,渗层硬度最高处达710 HV0.05,与未共渗处理相比,表面耐磨性和抗蚀性大幅度提高。
The 10MoWNbV steel was oxynitrided by gas oxynitriding at 610 ℃ for 2 h.The morphology,structure,microhardness,tensile strength,wear behaviors and corrosion resistance in 5% neutral salt spray of the oxynitrided layer were investigated.The results show that the depth of oxynitrided layer is 0.1 mm and there are a uniform compound layer with depth of 20 μm and a fibrous diffusion layer with depth of about 50 μm at the surface of the oxynitrided layer.The main components of the oxynitrided layer are Fe3N and Fe2O3 as well as a little Fe2V3,the maximum hardness is 710 HV0.05 and the abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance are greatly improved compared to that without oxynitriding.
