髓室底开窗术治疗根分叉区病变临床研究

Research on treatment effection of furcation involvement by windowing in the pulp chamber floor

目的评价髓室底开窗术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ度根分叉区病变的方法和疗效。方法对28例31颗根分叉区病变牙，经髓室底开窗、清除病灶，填塞羟基磷灰石等方法的处理，进行临床观察分析。结果经近三年时间临床观察成功率占90.3％，失败3例，其中2例均为选择病例不当。结论髓室底开窗术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ度根分叉区病变疗效是肯定的。

Objective To investigate the treatment effection of Ⅱ drgree, Ⅲ degree furcation involvement by wondowing in the pulp chamber floor. Methods To window in the pulp chamber floor in 31 dentes with furcation involvement of28 casea, get rid of the focus and fill with hydroxyapatite then object and analysis the clinical treatment effection. ResultsOperation success rate in the clinical observation of 3 years is 90. 3 percent. The cases of failure is 3, 2 of which is derivedfrom anfit patients. Conclusion The treatment effection of furcation involvement by windowing in the pulp chamberfloor is distinct.
