摘要 采用对照的方法研究血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)对大鼠球囊导管损伤动脉中膜平滑肌细胞(SMC)基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)水平的影响。采用免疫组织化学方法测定动脉损伤术后2d和5d中膜SMC的MMP-1和MMP-9阳性细胞率,发现ACEI能够显著降低中膜SMC内MMP水平(P<0.01)。
