摘要
进行了对碘苄氧基乙酸二甲氨基乙酯盐酸盐（１）对小鼠学习记忆促进和抗脂质过氧化作用的研究。结果表明，１灌胃给药能明显改善东莨菪碱引起的记忆获得障碍，并对蛋白质合成抑制剂（氯霉素）造成的记忆巩固不良以及４０％乙醇引起的记忆再现障碍均有拮抗作用。
The dimethylaminoethyl (4 iodobenzyloxy) acetate hydrochloride (ig) could improve scopolamine induced impairment of acquisition of memory, reduce the disturbance of memory induced by protein synthesis inhibitor chloramphenicol and the disturbance of memory repetition induced by 40% alcohol, and inhibit the concentration of malondialdehyde.
